В качестве методов исследования используются прикладной системный анализ, методы программной инженерии и искусственного интеллекта. Результатом исследования является цифровая платформа «История здоровья», организационно-техническая система, являющаяся действующим прототипом системного решения по реорганизации процессов. Постулируется вывод о необходимости коренных организационных изменений в медицине на основе информационных технологий, что составляет суть цифровой трансформации здравоохранения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the research is to systematize the problems of the branch, formulate goals and objectives, search for methods and software and organizational solutions for digital medicine. Applied systems analysis, software engineering and artificial intelligence methods are used as research methods. The result of the research is the digital platform “Health History”, an organizational and technical system, which is a working prototype of a system solution for the reorganization of processes.
