Введение. В статье осуществлен критический обзор литературы и актуализированы акценты в организации подготовки и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий с точки зрения организатора здравоохранения.

Цель

Цель: определить направления деятельности, требующие дальнейшего усовершенствования и развития в организации медицинского обеспечения крупных спортивных мероприятий.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ доступных литературных источников баз данных: РИНЦ, RusMed, Pubmed, Web of Science.

Результаты

Результаты. Выделены наиболее актуальные группы вопросов для дальнейшего изучения и решения: уникальность, значимость и сложность спортивных мероприятий; статистика и структура заболеваний и травм; особенности структуры и течения медицинских состояний на спортивных объектах и мероприятиях; организация взаимодействия разных служб внутри системы здравоохранения и межведомственное взаимодействие; профилактика и мониторинг инфекционных заболеваний; особенности подготовки медицинского персонала.

Заключение

Заключение. Проведение крупных спортивных мероприятий, в свою очередь, является драйвером развития системы здравоохранения в принимающем городе и стране. Подготовка к такому мероприятию требует создания концепции, операционных планов, целенаправленной подготовки персонала и инфраструктуры.

Introduction

Introduction. The article carries out a critical review of the literature and updates the emphasis in organizing the preparation and holding of major sporting events from the point of view of a healthcare organizer.

Target

Target: to identify areas of activity that require further improvement and development in the organization of medical support for major sporting events.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. An analysis of the available literary sources of databases was carried out: RSCI, RusMed, Pubmed, Web of Science.

Results

Results. The most pressing groups of issues for further study and solution have been identified: the uniqueness, significance and complexity of sporting events; statistics and structure of diseases and injuries; features of the structure and course of medical conditions at sports facilities and events; organizing interaction between different services within the healthcare system and interdepartmental interaction; prevention and monitoring of infectious diseases; features of training of medical personnel.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The holding of major sporting events, in turn, is a driver for the development of the healthcare system in the host city and country. Preparing for such an event requires the creation of a vision, operational plans, targeted training of personnel and infrastructure.
